The Premises Owner and Notice.

In some instances, the premises owner must have actual notice of the condition that made you fall. In other instances, constructive notice is enough. We will evaluate your particular case, and whether the premises owner knew or should have known that property was dangerous by virtue of it being poorly lit, containing snow or ice, or otherwise having uneven ground that made you fall.
